Returns and Refunds
We hope you are very happy with your items, however, if you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you may return it us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
Faulty items will be refunded in full, including delivery charges and the cost incurred by you in returning them to us. If you receive a faulty item please email us, indicating what the fault is, and return the item(s) as soon as possible.
After receiving your return we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least 14 days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
Personalised or monogrammed items, unless faulty, cannot be exchanged or refunded.
